Estate Sale Edit

FAQ

Are your items authentic antiques?

Yes! Every piece in our shop is sourced directly from estate sales across the South. We carefully research and authenticate items before listing them. If we're unsure of an item's origin or age, we'll always be upfront about it in the description.

Are items one-of-a-kind?

Almost always, yes. The nature of estate sale finds means most items are unique — once they're sold, they're gone. If you see something you love, we recommend acting quickly.

How do you price your items?

We research comparable sales, consider condition, rarity, and provenance, and price accordingly. We aim to be fair — we want these pieces to find loving homes.

What condition are items in?

We describe every item's condition honestly in the listing. Most pieces show some signs of age, which we consider part of their charm. Any notable flaws, chips, or repairs are always disclosed and photographed.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

How do you ship fragile items?

Very carefully! We professionally wrap and pack every item with appropriate padding, bubble wrap, and sturdy boxes. Fragile items are double-boxed when necessary. We ship via USPS or UPS depending on size and weight.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you're in the Nashville area, local pickup is available. Just select that option at checkout and we'll coordinate a pickup time.
